I reached the hotel at 2am. The riad is near the square so it is within a walking distance to everything. It is very safe and bustling day and night. The riad kindly kept my bags until I returned. Breakfast was hotly made and tasty. Everything was perfect. Beautiful and clean and the room is magical.

The riad is in the perfect location, very close to the square. The square is noisy but inside the riad is quiet and peaceful, we didn’t have any issues with noise at all. There’s a lovely terrace on the roof as well. Fatima was a wonderful host, we had a great breakfast and tea each day.

the staff were THE sweetest. we only stayed one night, but wished we stayed more. we had dinner at the Riad and can definitely recommend it to others. lots of attention to detail around service. we could tell that the Riad was decorated with care and love.

A beautifully decorated Riad on a side street in the heart of busy Marrakech. We caught bus N⁰19 from the airport for approx £3 each. From the stop at Place Jamaà El Fna it would be a 5 minute walk to the riad but even with the help of Google maps we did get a little lost, we found the narrow street on our 2nd pass by. Once inside peace, tranquility and a gorgeous fragrance calms your senses and a hot mint tea refreshes. There are 5 rooms on 3 seperate floors leading up to a lovely roof terrace which has a small bar where wine and bottled beer are available to buy. Breakfast is lovely and filling with excellent coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff are extremely attentive and even provided us with a breakfast at 6.30am when we due to leave for the airport. Our last evening was spent on the roof terrace listening to some live acoustic music provided by friends of Fabienne, the owner...delightful!

The hotel and employees was absolutely fantastic. I had the greatest time because I book this Riad. Everything exceeded my expectations. Fabienne was very attentive the whole time I was there and helped me with travel plans as well as making me a reservation at a great Hammam right down the street. I couldn’t have more positive things to say about my stay here. Thank you :)

They did warm welcoming with Moroccan sweets and tea ( I came after the dessert tour and was so thirsty without appetite…I didn’t need any sweets but I enjoyed it later). Room was so comfortable.

Huge thank you to Fabienne and her wonderful team at Riad L’evidence. The location of the Riad is outstanding, it’s just down the road from the main market and souk.It was our first time staying in Morocco and the trip was a huge success with the help of Fabienne. When we first arrived at 11pm Fabienne greeted us and even went above and beyond our expectations by showing us around the market square for currency exchange, recommended restaurants, and banks. In addition to this, she helped us plan day trips, and booked our transport to Agadir for us.We really did feel welcomed and at home and would recommend to anyone staying in Marrakesh.

Quiet and lovely Riad. Perfect location, close to Jemaa Square but without the noise from the Zoco, making it ideal for a break from the busy streets around the Zoco. Excellent staff, very kind and pleasant.

Everything about this place was beautiful! We arrived with a lovely welcome after organising the taxi through the riad - which was so easy! Shown to our gorgeous room and shown to some restaurants that came highly recommended (which we did visit). We were shown around Fabiene's riad and the roof terrace is absolutely stunning. An amazing place! The staff were absolutely amazing, so gracious and kind and very happy to help in any way they could. Fatima helped us to order a taxi to help us get to our bus on time which was very helpful and Mohammed was also very helpful and kind when we were leaving and serving breakfast. Fabiene has done everything she can to make this place feel like a home from home and is so welcoming. Such a beautiful experience, we would love to come back!
