The owner creates a wonderfully peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The traditional riad is immaculately and tastefully restored. My bedroom was large and comfortable with lovely shower room and access to the roof terrace. The breakfast was of good quality with handmade Moroccan biscuits and good coffee/tea.

Great location, very close to the square. Comfortable beds, and staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Riad L'Evidence is a beautifully decorated and spacious riad, with fantastic and very hospitable staff! Our room was spotlessly clean and perfect for relaxing after a day in the medina. Thank you for a brilliant stay!

I liked the location and the quietness despite being right in the centre. We only stayed 1 1/2 days so the location was very important to us. Also a very well working air conditioning which is essentiell in summer in Marrakesh.

Fatima and Younes were both amazing. went out of their way to help. generous breakfast. very central location within the Medina. Gorgeous room was very luxurious.

A beautifully decorated Riad on a side street in the heart of busy Marrakech. We caught bus N⁰19 from the airport for approx £3 each. From the stop at Place Jamaà El Fna it would be a 5 minute walk to the riad but even with the help of Google maps we did get a little lost, we found the narrow street on our 2nd pass by. Once inside peace, tranquility and a gorgeous fragrance calms your senses and a hot mint tea refreshes. There are 5 rooms on 3 seperate floors leading up to a lovely roof terrace which has a small bar where wine and bottled beer are available to buy. Breakfast is lovely and filling with excellent coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff are extremely attentive and even provided us with a breakfast at 6.30am when we due to leave for the airport. Our last evening was spent on the roof terrace listening to some live acoustic music provided by friends of Fabienne, the owner...delightful!

Great location in central of Medina. Near all attractions and Market.
The staffs I met, Madam Faltima, Mr Abdel was so kindly and helpfully.
Room was nice, tidy, clean and had well decorated.
Breakfast was well prepared.

The location was perfect, it was 2 minutes away from the Jemaa el fnaa square but not noisy at all!
The staffs were friendly and very helpful, particularly Abdel. He was so helpful with our requests and was always there.

Quiet and lovely Riad. Perfect location, close to Jemaa Square but without the noise from the Zoco, making it ideal for a break from the busy streets around the Zoco. Excellent staff, very kind and pleasant.

I reached the hotel at 2am. The riad is near the square so it is within a walking distance to everything. It is very safe and bustling day and night. The riad kindly kept my bags until I returned. Breakfast was hotly made and tasty. Everything was perfect. Beautiful and clean and the room is magical.

the staff were THE sweetest. we only stayed one night, but wished we stayed more. we had dinner at the Riad and can definitely recommend it to others. lots of attention to detail around service. we could tell that the Riad was decorated with care and love.

They did warm welcoming with Moroccan sweets and tea ( I came after the dessert tour and was so thirsty without appetite…I didn’t need any sweets but I enjoyed it later). Room was so comfortable.

It was our first time staying in Morocco and the trip was a huge success with the help of Fabienne. When we first arrived at 11pm Fabienne greeted us and even went above and beyond our expectations by showing us around the market square for currency exchange, recommended restaurants, and banks. In addition to this, she helped us plan day trips, and booked our transport to Agadir for us.
We really did feel welcomed and at home and would recommend to anyone staying in Marrakesh.

Everything about this place was beautiful! We arrived with a lovely welcome after organising the taxi through the riad - which was so easy! Shown to our gorgeous room and shown to some restaurants that came highly recommended (which we did visit). We were shown around Fabiene's riad and the roof terrace is absolutely stunning. An amazing place! The staff were absolutely amazing, so gracious and kind and very happy to help in any way they could. Fatima helped us to order a taxi to help us get to our bus on time which was very helpful and Mohammed was also very helpful and kind when we were leaving and serving breakfast. Fabiene has done everything she can to make this place feel like a home from home and is so welcoming. Such a beautiful experience, we would love to come back!

the staff was amazing, Fabien and all helped alot and more than we d expect. we had 2 rooms and both was great designed, and clean. Location was just next to Jemaa El Fnaa . when i come back to Marakesh, definetly will stay here.

The best Riad to stay in while in Marrakesh. The location is perfect, just off the square. The hosts are extremely welcoming and the breakfast is an amazing start to the day. Would highly recommend staying here when visiting Marrakesh.

The riad is in the perfect location, very close to the square. The square is noisy but inside the riad is quiet and peaceful, we didn’t have any issues with noise at all. There’s a lovely terrace on the roof as well. Fatima was a wonderful host, we had a great breakfast and tea each day.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and cosy little Riad in the Medina. Fatima, Mohammed and Abdellatif welcomed us like family and made our holiday very special. The rooms are lovely and breakfast abundant and tasty. We didn't want to leave and will be back!

The hotel and employees was absolutely fantastic. I had the greatest time because I book this Riad. Everything exceeded my expectations. Fabienne was very attentive the whole time I was there and helped me with travel plans as well as making me a reservation at a great Hammam right down the street. I couldn’t have more positive things to say about my stay here. Thank you :)

The location is perfect, it is only a 60 second walk to the main square. The staff are wonderful. Mohamed and Fatima are helpful, polite and charming. The Riad looks amazing and smells even better. Breakfast was plentiful and they are very accommodating if you have an early start in the morning. My favourite part of my stay was the mattress, it was at least 6ft wide and comfier than my bed at home. My partner really liked the little birds they keep in the riad. Hearing them tweet etc.
It is a small riad with only 5 rooms, so you get to know the staff quite well, they are very attentive with an excellent level of service. This is 4 star riad is great value for money. At the current price, it is an absolute bargain.

We loved the location. So many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Fatima was an amazing host. We lucked out during our one night stay and had the entire place to ourselves! Fatima helped arrange a dinner for us at a nearby restaurant. The next morning she prepared a nice breakfast for us before our departure. She made us feel so welcomed and treated us like family. We are seriously contemplating canceling our other reservations with a different hotel so we can stay here again!!!

The staff are the best and picked me up from the airport. They were so helpful and friendly and showed me some good spots to eat and shop in the area. The Riad is absolutely gorgeous. Every room is unique and decorated in beautiful morrocan style. I really loved being able to go on the roof top and see views of the Medina as it is right in the heart of the souk action. I was served a lovely breakfast with coffee and I could leave my suitcases safely downstairs while I shopped after I had checked out. Very nice place to chill and relax and drink tea. I loved it!
