Great wellcome by owner and staff, very friendly. Great location just 1 minute from the central square. Beuatiful riad and nice rooms. Beautiful rooftop terrace and tasty breakfast.

Quiet and lovely Riad. Perfect location, close to Jemaa Square but without the noise from the Zoco, making it ideal for a break from the busy streets around the Zoco. Excellent staff, very kind and pleasant.

The location was perfect, it was 2 minutes away from the Jemaa el fnaa square but not noisy at all!The staffs were friendly and very helpful, particularly Abdel. He was so helpful with our requests and was always there.The Riadh was clean and it smells amazing!!Great terrace to have breakfast or watch the sunset whilst enjoying mint tea.

The owner creates a wonderfully peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The traditional riad is immaculately and tastefully restored. My bedroom was large and comfortable with lovely shower room and access to the roof terrace. The breakfast was of good quality with handmade Moroccan biscuits and good coffee/tea.

Great location in central of Medina. Near all attractions and Market.The staffs I met, Madam Faltima, Mr Abdel was so kindly and helpfully.Room was nice, tidy, clean and had well decorated.Breakfast was well prepared.

Riad L'Evidence is a beautifully decorated and spacious riad, with fantastic and very hospitable staff! Our room was spotlessly clean and perfect for relaxing after a day in the medina. Thank you for a brilliant stay!

I reached the hotel at 2am. The riad is near the square so it is within a walking distance to everything. It is very safe and bustling day and night. The riad kindly kept my bags until I returned. Breakfast was hotly made and tasty. Everything was perfect. Beautiful and clean and the room is magical.

I liked the location and the quietness despite being right in the centre. We only stayed 1 1/2 days so the location was very important to us. Also a very well working air conditioning which is essentiell in summer in Marrakesh.

A beautifully decorated Riad on a side street in the heart of busy Marrakech. We caught bus N⁰19 from the airport for approx £3 each. From the stop at Place Jamaà El Fna it would be a 5 minute walk to the riad but even with the help of Google maps we did get a little lost, we found the narrow street on our 2nd pass by. Once inside peace, tranquility and a gorgeous fragrance calms your senses and a hot mint tea refreshes. There are 5 rooms on 3 seperate floors leading up to a lovely roof terrace which has a small bar where wine and bottled beer are available to buy. Breakfast is lovely and filling with excellent coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff are extremely attentive and even provided us with a breakfast at 6.30am when we due to leave for the airport. Our last evening was spent on the roof terrace listening to some live acoustic music provided by friends of Fabienne, the owner...delightful!
